  1. Thanks I’ll call up my bank on Monday lunchtime and get the chargeback started.
  2. Hi guys, Another Hermes nonsense. I've ordered some items from Sara Mart (nearing £20) (similiar to Wish) back in December, after a long wait, the item arrived in the UK and to my luck Hermes was the courier. The delivery day was on the weekend, Saturday. I received a notification that my item was delivered but I was home all day and didn't hear anything. I check the tracking page and the photo proof of delivery some couriers take shows a completely different door to mine, I try to contact or specify that the item hasn''t been delivered through their automated nonsense and it creates a case. I wait a couple of days no reply. After looking for ways to get an actual human being at this godforsaken company I come across Resolver. I create a case, take all the screenshots showing how this item was delivered to the another house down the road and wait. At first the reply I get says: "I have looked into this for you and I can see that we received a notification of delivery on 18/12/21 at 17:28. I have spoken with the courier who made this delivery and they have confirmed they believe this parcel to have been delivered to the correct address. To resolve this issue, the courier has advised me that they will return to the property within 48 hours to confirm the delivery was made to the correct address." I reply back, that it's been delivered wrongly and to check the attached screenshots, couple more days go by and I get this reply: "Thank you for getting in touch with your enquiry. I have tracked the parcel and unfortunately it was delivered to an incorrect address as you have suggested it was delivered [wrong address], I have contacted the courier and the courier will retrieve this and redeliver as a priority. I am very sorry this has happened. Please allow us a further 48 hours to rectify this for you." More days go, I send another reply saying what's going on, I get another reply: "Thank you for getting in touch with your enquiry regarding parcel and advising us that you do not recognise the proof of delivery information. I’ve contacted your local courier and they have confirmed that unfortunately the parcel may not have been delivered correctly, however they have retrieved/will try and retrieve the parcel as a priority and re-deliver it <TODAY/TOMORROW>. I appreciate this is a frustrating outcome and I would like to offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenience and delay caused by our error. I assure you, we will do our best to deliver your parcel as soon as possible and I kindly request you allow us a further 48 hours to rectify the situation for you. If you won't be home to take delivery of the parcel, you can choose a preferred neighbour or safe place to leave your parcel here. That way, we can make sure it gets to you, even if you’re not at home. If in the event your courier is unable to retrieve the parcel, then the quickest way to resolve this would be to contact the sender/retailer of this parcel and they can make any further arrangements necessary, which may include a replacement or refund. I'm sorry this has happened and can assure you this is not the norm but we value your time and patience while we resolve the matter." Due to them taking so long, the return process or whatever from Sara Mart had gone, I even tried to contact them but they rightly told me it was a Hermes problem. I sent another response through Resolver but Hermes has now removed the e-mail account: Your message has been sent to an email account which is no longer in use To get in touch with our Customer Services Team please follow the steps below; Visit our Contact Page on Google Chrome: +https://myhermes.co.uk/help-and-support/contactus.html I've sent another 2 responses but get the same reply back. I've spoken to Resolver but they've said this is the highest level of escalation they can do. Again it's not a huge amount but it was something I was waiting on to give as a gift during the holiday period and they delivered it to a completely wrong address, I don't even know how the courier got it wrong, wrong street and wrong number. Is there anything I can do? They've completely gone silent as they normally do. Thanks for any guidance.
