It appears to be a good thing that there wasn't an idiot on the road.
-
An alternative view is that the OP was too close to the car in front.
-
Shouldn't you ask NEST that question?
In what way is this employer "closing down"?

statute barred means that the period set by the Limitation Act 1980 after which a claim may not be brought has expired.

your attachment shows your name.

That is a good start.

Has the OP edited? I cannot see that he has specified the actual charge.
I forgot to include overtaking a vehicle in front that had stopped to respect the changing light. Add that to jumping the light to turn right. He should be looking at disqualification. Having a child and a mortgage is not licence to be a danger on the roads.
Maybe dx is wrong again: the OP needs Mr Loophole.

"inconvenienced" by the OP. Is that an essential element of this offence?
Jumping a light and turning right, presumably across a lane of traffic doesn't look good.

I cannot see that you have been told that if the deposit has not been protected by being paid into a prescribed scheme the landlord can be ordered to pay compensation of 3 x the deposit. From memory this is s213 Housing Act 2004.

There is something to be said for a statutory demand, as long as all the requirements for liability under the terms of the guarantee are in place. A statutory demand is relatively cheap. It can shake out money if it is there to be shaken out. If it does not produce the money or an acceptable arrangement, then the creditor can review whether to take the next step or not.
The OP has said the claim is for "thousands of pounds". The court fee to start a claim may be substantial, and the case may even be one that is allocated to the Fast Track, or even the Multi-Track.

but that is free roaming for 2022.

Jude, Mrs K should have notified her address herself.
Q1 - no
Q2 - no
Q3 - not going to happen.

see the OP's other thread, Uncle B.

You probably need to make formal demand for payment under the guarantee.
Do you understand that when a company becomes insolvent, its directors are often financially stressed? This can affect ability to pay.
Consult the lawyer who prepared the document.

but you will get to keep less of your winnings (if you win). Do you understand that?
Speak to people you trust, ask for recommendations in your area.
Failing that, contact the Law Society.

What do the site team actually do?

And here is the director. 2 previous dissolved companies. None of his companies have ever filed accounts: not a gent who takes company law seriously.

Have you considered contacting a recruitment consultancy to discuss possibilities?
And you can tell anyone who deems you to be to old that age discrimination laws have been with us for several years now.

While I appreciate @Andyorchlooking into it, resolving the problem appears to be above his pay grade.
In my previous thread I asked if the site owner/administrator would make him/herself known to me. I also explained that the contact button has proved ineffective.
So, come on guys.

If you do not have any confidence in specialist lawyers, why should you want to pay attention to random people online, none of whom you have met and none of whose names you even know?
