Speak to your bank or the financing company and seek their assistance Speak to Citizens Advice, who will escalate the issue to Trading Standards Check if they are affiliated to proffessional ethics bodies, ege Motor traders association, Motors ombudsman, call them and they will confirm membership. I am sorry for you as I am also going through a similar issue from a late December 2021 purchase.
