Hello, I received a PCN from Waltham Forest. I was visiting a friend in East London and was shocked to receive this letter only a week later. Apparently I drove down a road that, at that specific time, was restricted to bikes and pedestrians only. I saw no signage at the time. As you can see from the photo it’s on the opposite side of the road and I’m turning left. I’ve never heard or seen this before, is it legitimate?
