I have had a letter from BW Legal claiming to work on behalf of JC International Acquisition LLC for a supposed debt to SSE for 97.96.

they are telling me that in 28 days they will be sending me  a letter of action before court.

Please help

I am having problems with rooftop mortgages. I am being pursued for historic areas, fees and charges

They plus the previous mortgages company (JP Morgan/Platform)  have been charging me late payment fees and other charges plus extra interest.

I made a complaint a few years ago but got told they could do what they were doing.

Today I received a letter saying that because I refused to deal with the 4th doorstep agent I have 5 days to arrange to pay arrears and fees or they will start repossession action.

I spoke to the ombudsman today they say because I made a complaint in the past anthing covered in that complaint can not be complained about again.

I need help to stop this happening and to recover all the fees
