If i may add - For your own peace of mind I strongly suggest blocking all their phone numbers and their emails. They are fishing, trying to get you to admit that you indeed used the software. If you never respond, they will have no proof, as all they really have is your email address. (how they find your email address is explained in one of the other topics on here)
