Hi Everyone. looking for the best possible advise. Had my Mot done from Kwik-fit. Left my car and went to the coffee shop returned pick up my car and came home. I realise my car was damage back bumper and I ring them straightaway asked them how my car hit and they advise we haven’t hit the car. I just asked them please just show me in the cctv I just want to satisfy myself and supervisor replied me we don’t have any camera at kwik-fit( how is this possible) arranged the meeting with manager and he checked and advised we will look into this and I will take the estimate from few of our stores and we will call you back and we will take it from there. Since one week now no call received. I spoke to Mercedes and they said this bumper can’t be repaired need to fix new one and cost is over 3k. i am looking for the best advise.
