Hi, Like Filrobbo I finally had some success with reclaiming against KJK investments I eventually had to use a pension claims specialist but in the end after 10 years of banging my head against a wall the FSCS have finally awarded me compensation for my loss and terrible investing from KJK. Anyone who is trying to regain their lost pensions, keep going.

New to the forum, After being duped into signing over my pension fund for a loan i was hammered with a hefty tax bill of nearly £25,000 which im paying off monthly forever after alot of negotiating. This was back in 2011 and battles have been ongoing for a decade with little success. I can't believe a company can do this to my Sipp with no way of seemingly ever recovering a penny. There is alot more access to information now than in 2011 about pension scams when i believe it was looked upon that we were naïve with our futures. Out of interest has anyone out there had any success in recouping any money lost? Thanks
