  6. Hello can i get some advice,I was caught twice from Waitrose from different store. Both times I gave my details they didn’t call the police. First time was 5 years ago. I’ve been shoplifting a few times at Waitrose. This happen last week. Will the police will came and arrest me? The value was under £30. Now that I’ve been caught for the second time I feel so ashamed, and embarrassed, I can’t sleep, I’m so nervous, I’m shaking all the time, I feel so bad. I really don’t want to go to any supermarket anymore. because I’m scared I would do the same.
