It is freedom pass misused for 20+ times. And TFL is charging me for ONE stating a specific time and place, and the rest are on a TIC list. I wrote to TFL to asked for out of court settlement and was rejected.

Hi, everyone, I did something stupid and received court summon under bylaw 17 of TFL. Do anyone know if I get convicted, will it appear on my DBS checking? I saw some real confused information on other website. Some said the conviction under bylaw is recordable, but should be filtered away for DBS basic and standard checking. Is anyone here understand how it works? As my job would need do DBS checking, I would lose my job if it appear on DBS checking. Many thanks for your helps!
