dx100uk yes it’s 1 yr old from new, we booked the air filters and oil change and dropped it off then got a call from them saying you should have the interim service so we paid another £65 on top of the £85 we already paid

Just picked up my 1 year old pick up truck after booking it in for and oil change (although i ended up being told I need to do an interim service instead and so agreed to that) I drove away to discover they hadn’t put any oil in and had left the radiator cap off (they claim that it wasn’t there in the first place) now taking somewhere else to check for any other probs or damage! Absolutely fuming How should I best deal with this? appreciate any feedback
