Hi where can I find this information please because rejected my appeal , on the Approach to this Bus lane there are not the usual road markings , it looks like any other road, and there are no signage to show you cannot drive ahead that is visible on approach where a driver would be looking in normal driving position. Which I’m sure is purposely done to increase revenue for Manchester City council. i approached the bus lane and suddenly remembered its location mentioned on this website. I travelled a few car lengths in, and immediately upon realising I entered the forbidden zone, I did a u turn. I have received a penalty notice in the post and I requested to see footage of the incident proving I had indeed corrected the error of entering the bus forbidden zone. I received a rejection notice dated six April refusing my appeal. Is there any evidence of cases Like this being one can anybody help me with advice should I pay or should I fight thank you

why are you using the word FINE in the file titles its a speculative invoice!! for breaking some imaginary contract by driving on to private land. there is no such thing as no stopping, you HAVE to stop even if to READ the signs that tell you the contract T&C that you can't stop.. but the killer here is the land is owned by the railway company and governed by THEIR byelaws.... not some imaginary contract with a powerless PPC that can't enforce legal byelaws anyway..as they are not the land owner.. need the photo don't hide that. just obscure reg number please. leave times/dates
