Hi Guys so I did a stupid thing in November and temporarily drove w/o insurance due to financial issues, however received a £300 fine and 6 points, I got the FPN and paid it and sent my licence within the 28 day window (like day 27 of the 28 day window first class).
I emailed to see if it had been received and they replied that they have.
earlier this month I received the FPN back with my licence with it stamped saying “Paid and endorsed” I could see the 6 points online.
however today I seen I had a letter dated 2 weeks ago saying I needed to submit my license Within 14 days or I will receive a £1000 fine and further 6 points. Now I only seen this letter today OVER 14 days dated on the letter. I’m so confused as to what to do now? What will happen?
