I have done spoke to claims handler to be shouted at as I emailed them to requesting information still not got information very rude on phone

so This excess in all sections will mean I have to pay his 3000 of damage and my own 3000 or just 3000 all in please

Hi anyone advise me I’ve taken out insurance with these had accident and my fault not claiming for my damage excess 3000 pound regardless of blame and cannot afford 3000 outright will I have to pay upfront? Also how does this excess work if third party put in claim many thanks
