Hello everyone, I've spent a few weeks reading through all the information and am considering going for it. The main reason is for 4 years I was a student and so constantly toying with my overdraft limit - my list of charges would be very high. However, I am a student no more and recently took a debt consolidation loan WITH MY BANK, the balance of which stands at £3,600. Should I launch action to reclaim the charges, is there a chance the bank could cancel the loan and demand the money back? Because of my credit record I am not in a position to get an alternative loan with another financial institution. This is currently stopping me from launching a claim... Thanks for any help and advice in advance! Dave
