It could just be that they cant find you on there system and paperwork would give them account numbers, which would help them to look more.

Did you get anywhere with your complaints

Hi all, ive been reading for hours and hours about PPI clains against DAFS. I have had 2 claims going for 8 weeks and just recieved letters from them saying they are not yet able to reach a final deccision regarding commision and PPI complaints from me and they will contact me in the next 4 weeks, both my claims are for car brought before 2005 so i was expecting them just to fob me off. Has anyone else had this type of letter and has any one ever won a claim for before 2005? Thanks in advance
