Thanks. That’s info I didn’t know. I have filed the claim. How do you know the underwriters became part of Lloyds? And by lloyds I presume you mean the banking group rather than Lloyd’s of London. Would be handy to have some evidence of that. Cheers :)

But the same thread says it’s not the lender who will pay out but the underwriter and it explains why. Are you saying that opinion is wrong?
