Sorry to be a bit secretive, but wanting to keep it under wraps until I need to provide my evidence, purely so they do not look to get excuses prior to the court date. Can you advise based on the info given ?
All contradictions are in the form of letters and e-mails.
They have changed their story, but the real story stays the same. Advertising 4 years / 40,000 miles warranty and not honouring it. I'm having to use the vehicle for work, but have advised that if it causes further damage, this will be added to the claim, unless I can't drive it anymore, then should I pay to have it replaced via a local garage and wait for the claim to get my money back ?
I am also sceptical about if it was out of the car, to send back to them, as from what I have read under searches, and the manufacturer has agreed to inspect it to see if genuine, copy, refurbished or genuinely faulty. Which means it's a totally independent investigation.
Many Thanks
