What was the outcome of your issue when parking at the (Shell Garage) back in 2019? Did they stop sending letters after the second one?

I would recommend contacting the garage in the first instance, sometimes they can contact the company on your behalf, especially as you purchased a coffee.
Our mitigating factor was that my wife was feeding our baby, so looking for potential signs was not on our list of things to do.
The challenge you will have is that there are 18 signs, which is what their solicitor kept banging on about.
I would suggest focusing on the fact that it’s a complicated one way system and that you had stopped to use the garage, stopping in what you perceived as a safe place.
Also attack the inconsistent signage and the fact that it’s not enough to enter a contact, etc.
