Hi All, I need a little advice. I have received a CCJ letter from a private parking company called CPM. The CCJ has been put together by Gladstones solicitors. I have already submitted an acknowledgement of service however due to a holiday have only now a few days to file my defence. I noticed that the CCJ has spelt my name wrong on the summons letter for example by one letter - Joe Bloggs Would be Jje Bloggs. As I understand the court process they are all about the details - so surely this is enough to use a defence? Any advice would be greatly received. TIA
