Hi I have been advised that we could claim dla for my 18month old daughter who has a heart defect and is due major operation when she is around 42 months old, is there someone who I can contact that would be able to help me complete this form correctly ? Thank you

Well I dont no where to start, i dont have the patience to go through everyone's posts and even when I do I dont no where to start, i dont have the ticket any more i guess i threw it out it was over 2 years ago now, I understand the advice is free on this site, but I am just hard of understanding it all and need a little prompting, I cant afford to pay it but if it gets them off my back then it is easier to go without the things I need, i dont need added pressure so do I just ignore their letters and let them take me to court as they suggested?

I dont really want to get mixed up in other peoples problems that's why I made this post to get advice here, I'll probably just pay it seems easyer

Well at the moment it's not untrue, I can barely get out bed to the toilet on most days, 90% of the time I'm laid down because even when sitting up I struggle, but it's just temporary i hope i have been like it for almost 3 years now, the doctors say it's due to malnutrition, my blood pressure drops fast, not dangerous enough to be treated but enough to cause me problems, like dizziness, faint, blackout, lack energy, maybe I just feel like I shouldn't get that part of pip because it's not permanent, I also dont want the hassle of more assessments I really struggle with them, they also made me go to court when I first started claiming pip in 2016 I couldn't cope with all that again

Hello all, I claim pip because of illness, how ever somebody has to help me fill in the form that has 12 questions about my health, last year my pip was changed from standard daily to enhanced daily with standard mobility, the person who completed my application on Monday completed all questions has no change then gave a brief description under that what I think is ok its similar to last years questions how ever she ticked on the last question that I can walk more than 20 meters but less than 50 meters. I told her not to tick that because it's only temporary and is mainly due to malnutrition that I have suffered from as part of one of my conditions that is a eating disorder. My blood pressure drops when standing I get very short breath quickly and I can only walk a short distance without collapsing or atleast almost fainting. My worry is that even though I have been like this for over 3 years, they will put me on the higher rate mobility then I will get better in a couple of months to a year as I am getting home therapy to sort out what's going wrong and I will be left to pay back money I cannot afford I really wish they would of just left that last question out, I am also worried they will take me back to court and stop my current money in the process

Need some help, I was contacted by a solicitor firm today for a private parking company in Blackpool, they are attempting to sue me. Hello, Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I had some bad credit before, ccjs, etc In 2017 I think I had a dro in place, For my banking I couldn't get accepted for anything but only a basic account known as a foundation account, I had been trying for years before to get a select account but was always refused now I have been accepted for a select account last week and I actually upgraded to the reward account, But anyway this is my question. Because of being accepted after years by my bank to upgrade I want to view my credit history, I have trid Noddle / creditkarma Capital one Experian But each one says we cannot complete your application because of no previous history or lack of information Something down them lines Any ideas why I cant get on there? So I had a new dual mass flywheel and clutch fitted by Formula one auto center A couple of days later my clutch is slipping and making noises and smells, so I took it back to the garage and they have offered repair it free of charge under Warranty, I have told them I had trouble getting the car into them for the whole day the first time they fixed it and I need my car, I have asked them to provide a courtesy car but they refuse to provide it. Under consumer rights act 2015 Page 23 paragraph 2 (A) do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer and, (B) bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials and postage) They must cover the cost of this? Hello, I have not fully paid for the repairs, I told the garage what had happened and they done a 4 month payment scheme for me due to my health and disability I also have learning disabilitys. I have to pay £250 every month starting with a payment of £250 on the 21/11/2019. I paid £1950 for a black seat leon 2007 and the millage is 128379. Hello i brought the car on the 11/11/2019, by the 17/11/2019 the clutch was slipping and the exhust was blowing out white smoke the car is a diesel turbo, I had my daughter with me so i stopped by a local garage formula one auto centre, the checked the car out and told me the dual mass flywheel was due to go and it would need replacing, I contacted the trader immediatly on the 17th, he responded to me on the 18th where he came to my home address to inspect the car, he told me there was nothing wrong with it and the garage was trying to con me into them making money, after this i was not satisfied i took it to two more garages that are close to my home address, one garage said the dual mass flywheel was about to go and the smoke could be a dpf clean, the second garage gave me the same result that the dual mass flywheel was gone and the smoke could the dpf or turbo due to go, I then messaged the trader to tell him this has been verfied by 3 seperate garages but he chose to ignore me I have now paid £1000 for a new clutch, rear toe adjustment and ball joint right and left. I wish to recover this amount from the trader as a repair because of my health i need to be able to drive, and i really dont have the energy or funds to get back out there to find another car. the garage has confirmed that theres a coolant leak and possible porus head, what means this is a further £1000+ job what needs doing but they said i can drive it for now. I believe my 31 days from purchase will be the 10/12/2019 I have contacted him again today telling him that under the consumer rights act 2015 I have the rights by law to request a refund, repair, or replacement, I told him i wish to request a repair, he laughed at me and told me to go to court. Hello, I purchased a car from a trader, within a week the clutch had failed and possible porus head, I believe under the consumer rights act 2015, the trader must, refund, replace or repair, as my issues are quite mayor repairs will i be able to claim this back, the trader is not responding to my calls, and it will cost me over £2000 to repair at my local garage.

this may or may not be the right place to post I apologize if so.... ive been banned from my partners work on the terms "my partner works there" it is a bar/restaurant, I have never caused damage to the property, I have never threatened, harassed, provoked any member of staff or customer, I have been completely faithful, honest and haven't been a pain the backside, is this discrimination ? I feel its a unfair and pathetic reason to ask someone not to come in. Also on the other-side of things my partner is getting sick of finishing work at 23:00 pm to 12:00am and being made to return to work at 7:30am, I understand the law is 11 hours break.
