I've finally done it. I sent out the 2 preliminary letters as instructed and today registered my claim for £2707 + £940 interest! I feel a bit scared and a lot empowered. Thank you all for your fab posts, success stories and even sharing your worries - it's great to know we have similar concerns. Will keep you all posted with the progess. All the best Karolina

I'm amazed and very grateful for all the information and support on this site. I've been dragging my heels for a few months - it is all a bit daunting - but today I'm sending off the letter to A & L asking them for my money back (nearly 3k)! Will let you all know how I get on - I have found it empowering to read all the success stories. Karolina:-)
