I'm also struggling with that stage - it seems a little difficult to interpret what to put in. Does anyone have a full text that can go into the library as a template??

Just trying to complete the Moneyclaim online form - and struggling. Does anyone have a good (complete) version of the text to be used in outlining the claim? And what is the daily interest rate to be quoted when completing the "interest" statement? Thanks

I've just received my final settlement offer from barclays - about a third of my total claim. Here we go..... Question: Since sending my initial demand for a full refund I've incurred two further £30 transaction charges - can I tag this £60.00 onto my court claim at this stage?
