  1. can some one please update me what I have to do next as looks like I am stuck with builder money as I did not receive anything from Santander

Hi About my complaint to CEO office in santander i have received email from CEO Complaints team they have declined my complaint saying Fraud team already made their decision based on information they have received. They can not alter decision and it will remain same. I try to explain person confirming this that we have enough evidence and information regarding this one as our details used fraudulently. But he refused to understand says fraud team will write a letter to us.
  3. Yes i already emailed to Nathan Bostock ceo of Santander and i have received phone call from complaint chairman office confirming they are investigating matter and will update me soon. I have contacted Santander today as previously they sent out another dispute form as they require further information but we did not receive anything so will chase. Hopefully this matter get resolve without going to court.

  5. Hi Sorry for late response. As i had meeting with Travis perkins Security Manager he confirmed he will refund money as some of items missing so he will deduct that amount and pay rest . Lets see how much he is going to refund Thanks,
  6. As per instruction i have contacted Travis Perkins regional area director and i have received response from them. They will come tomorrow between 1pm -3pm visit property and discuss matter. Branch Manager from local travis perkins and Investigator will visit property. I have called santander regarding we submit visa dispute form for Building company and travis perkins. They update me they have sent another disclaimer form asking for more information they require what service was provided and if goods has been returned how much value of goods. Now i am facing problem in that disclaimer as Travis perkins refuse to provide me value of return goods as well Builder refuse to provide me any information as both saying i am not customer and they can not discuss matter with me. Can any one please give me some advise what i have to do regarding this matter. Thanks

Building company refuse to response any letter i have sent previously now time will finish tomorrow what do i have to do I am really depressed due to all these situation as we do not get any help from any one. I just checked my bank account and left with only £8.90 which is really hard as i recently lost my job and i do not get paid yet any benefits due to we have property. Now we cant rent this out as its in a such mess condition or nothing we can do i dont know what to do..
  8. Hi, Thank you so much for all your support. I have contacted Travis Perkins CEO and they informed local Regional Director to resolve this matter asap and reply me. He has sent me copy of email sent to each and every person. Unfortunately, I can not put Building company email over here as they were threatning me to take legal action for damage their reputation so i am worried what will happen. We have sent all disclaimer form to Santander to look into this matter as well video copy on pen drive confirming travis perkins collected their goods back.
  9. I have received email from travis Perkins they not going to refund money I have to contact my bank for refund. I have filled dispute from and sent with all email conversations pictures and copy of videos they collected their goods back. I have received email from building company saying they will not refund money but they confirm they did not provide any service.
  10. Finally i have received dispute form. I have only problem Travis perkins refuse to provide any information or not responding to my email or calls. They start hung up on me. Dont know how do i have to prove in dispute form goods has been returned and they refuse to give me any letter confirming. Without it its hard for me to fill dispute form
  11. We have submitted this evidence to bank confirming when payment was taken wrongly name used and we have no involvement in this matter. But they refuse to see this only one word from them decision has been made and email address we used in past for correspondence thats it
  12. My wife used her card to ordered bed in some point December after coming back from holiday. (sorry i dont have her bank statement wth exact date) Builder not telling us anything when they have been instructed or anything but payment was taken out on 09/02/17 so we have informed bank on around 11/02/17 Travis perkins same date on 09/02/17 payment was taken out from her a/c
  13. yes i took screenshot but again same problem if we go to bank and try to prove then bank will say same thing as we know this email address and we have done correspondence in past. I am really stuck with this complicated matter its a sophisticated crime used our details
  14. Yes I did tell police false name used but police says they can't prove that so it's a civil matter
  15. I forgot to mention one thing when having chat conversations with builder website they have sent me one link which relates to card payment made. On that link I can see that they have received email from tenant saying please take payment from my card and they have provided my wife card details when providing card holder name he put his name on card.
  16. Hi We did not enter into contact with builder. Basically tenant informed builder to do some work by looking into property i can see they removed ceiling and all electric cable hanging from ceiling. Tenant was going to leave by end of Feb but they suddenly left in first week of Feb after making payment to builder. I assume that builder did not have house key so he can't enter into property and all material ordered was just left out there I still did not get on my side why entrance ceiling removed and all electric cable came out Again we did not sign anything with builder not with Travis Perkins. I forgot to mention one thing as when some of good ordered guy from Travis perkins visited property and they questioned tenant what's their purpose of using this material and he is been told rudely by tenant. I'm in situation as we not sure what happened in property during that month of Time and why tenant want to do such a large work which include remove ceiling they have removed even steel beam fireboard which protect beam under regulation So we are in complete mess we not sure if builder this things or tenant and why they have to do this things. We try to get more information from builder for work and he is refusing by saying under data protection I'm not allowed to provide any further information. So you can imagine I have really no chance in court
  17. Hi Thank you so much for prompt reply. Basically I'm afraid to take matter to court as builder may come back and says they did work ( but we think nothing has been done apart from damage to property as ceiling removed and whole in wall) no paint job nothing. We need strong evidence to support our case in court and if we loose then we may end up with their legal cost. Same things with Travis Perkins. With bank we have really less hope for recovering money. We have wrote letter and email to all departments to look into matter and waiting for response. We trying each way to recover money and main thing we do not have enough money to support us but police and no one can see this even bank. Can bank decline chargeback ?
  18. I spoke with Santander yesterday evening they have confirmed some form has been sent out which we need to fill and return them for further investigation. I have also contacted Travis Perkins local branch manager but he refused to cooperate any further he just said matter in police hand he can't return momey until he is been told by police. When asking from him crime ref no he refused to provide. We have contacted police and they says they not aware of anything even officer says there is no reason not to give crime ref no to me by. Travis Perkins. Police asked to contact head office for chase up things.
  19. Hi yes we took the name of the person who was dealing with us on phone branch advisor called central team and they filled out the form on the phone they did not give us a copy of the form but provide a ref number

Hi We have visited Santander branch today first they decline to submit a dispute about the two transactions we have provided enough evidence and asked them to submit the dispute finally the lady on phone said they had filled Out the form and said to us that they will come back to us in 24 hours with a decision on the dispute We have sent a letter to the builders and to Travis Perkins for refunds of money let's see what happens
  21. No we have not used any of the companies in the past. The only problem we are facing is it was same email address that we corresponded to before. they used their own email address and we recognized that email address the bank are saying we may have had access to that email address or its our email address, which is not correct at all. At the first contact, the fraud investigator said she will return the money then she called us back and said she is not going to return the money. this was due to the email address we had used to correspond with the tenant in the past and that as we own the property we must thus be aware of company used , which is not true. After the fraud claim was declined we asked santander to use visa chargeback they refuse saying its only for credit cards. I have spoken with visa directly and they confirmed that Santander are voluntarily signed up to the visa debit chargeback scheme We did everything from our side that we could. we visited the police and asked them to report the fraud they refused saying that when the card is still in the possession of the card holder, they dont take claims over the over the counter- we have to go through action fraud. We have it reported to action fraud but nothing happen - no phone call just a letter from them confirming we are victim of card fraud. i have two babies its really hard for us to manage as its completely wiped off our accounts and left us with no money at all. We provided all the evidence to Santander but they refused to deal with the matter simply saying only one sentence repeating their already made decision and they cant change that and the account will be closed. If you want to complain you have to go to your branch. they are so rude they dont even care to listen and repeated the same each time like speaking with a robot. We been to the police station a number of times and explained our situation the lady on the police station desk said to us she cant do anything if your child is without food its your responsibility to find food for her. When i said what do you want me to do crime and she said that's up to me if that's how i feel so imagine i have no hope from anyone. this has been going on for the last two weeks and we did not have one single bit of support from anyone until you guys start helping us today.
  22. I believe my wife visited the property a few months back as there was damage to the bed and we ordered new one. When the Company we ordered the bed from delivered it, they said they had failed to take payment from the card, and could we sort it with their office. My wifes rang them and paid for the bed from her card i believe they [the tenants] listened to her giving her card details out and took then down. we were frequent visitors to the property due to them having a have few issues and the next door neighbours.
  23. Hi Yes after they declined the fraud allegation i have asked them to submit a chargeback the lady says there is no such thing with debit card its only with credit card and they cant refund money under chargeback

Can you please give me idea why santander refusing for chargeback after declining the fraud. Is it under the same investigation or different.
  25. Hi With the building company we sent them a few emails as they asked us to do but they did not respond to them. I have the directors mobile no and he says we are harassing him as asking for money. Travis Perkins, we are dealing with them on the phone [with the local branch ] Can you give me any advise about debit card chargeback as we been told we can do that even fraud claim is declined?
