Hello Im new to this forum and wondered if anyone could help me, my husband has applied for carers allowance and I sent in all our business paperwork to be sent back a form to fill in listing certian ingoings and outgoings, part of our expenses my husband claims for are made up of Capital Allowanaces and I am trying to find out if they disregard the Capital Allowances when calculating your weekly take home money, they said they dont use HMRCs profit and loss figures to get the calculations from.
