I have paid link financial and Capital one in full nearly 4 years ago. im trying to get a mortgage and as you can imagine the computer said no. one of the defaults is on twice as it was related MBNA sold my debt to Cougar which then became Link. I want to pay MBNA in full and refused to pay Link. when it was settled in full all three have defaulted my Experian. Experian will do nothing about it. how can I get these removed ?? I feel its against my civil rights and they are restricting me from obtaining a mortgage.
