The only problem is on Royal Mail track and trace doesn’t seem if they’ve received my letter.

Thank you for your email.
I’m sorry the Royal Mail Signed For item you posted hasn’t been received and can fully understand your concerns.
Every item of mail is important to us and we typically pride ourselves on high levels of service, so I’m very sorry we appear to have let you down on this occasion.
Although Royal Mail Signed For items have tracking numbers, they travel with normal mail. They aren’t tracked or treated separately and are only tracked once delivery has been attempted. This means tracking details only show on our website at the point we attempt to deliver the item and not as it travels through our network. More information can be found at www.royalmail.com/signedfor
I’m really sorry, as it is now more than 10 working days after the expected delivery date, I’d advise you to submit a claim for the loss of the item. The form will provide all the information required to deal with your complaint and help us make improvements to our services. The quickest and easiest way to submit a claim is online atwww.royalmail.com/claims
For any important, time sensitive and/ or valuable items I recommend our Special Delivery Guaranteed service, which allows you to fully track your item as it travels through our network and on to delivery. More information can be found atwww.royalmail.com/specialdelivery
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us and once again, please accept my sincere apologies. If you need further help, please visit our Help and Support Centre on our website atwww.royalmail.com/help

Just had a letter concerning this debt off a company called intrum seems likes they bought this back in Oct. and are now chasing payment.
I have been paying Tesco £1 per month for around 3 years. Before this I was paying 50.
The debt is now around £1500
Do I send CCA to intrum and stop payments with standing order to Tesco.
Ive just noticed intrum have done a search on my credit file too
-
That’s fine. I’ll get it sent off today. Thought I’d ask first to be sure. Cos you lot are in the know.
Thank you
-
