Sorry, Im new to this.
back in December 2015, I saw the case for Mike Parry
and thought I would make a claim for the charges I have faced by the same company.
Attached is 'Letter 1' - my original letter to them.
Further, they never replied to my 1st letter to my correct address, so I had to send 'Letter 2' (attached).
This time I received a letter stating they would conduct an FCA investigation and let me know the outcome
(attached as 'CBPF Letter 2')**, alongside a copy of the letter which went to the wrong address;
also attached as 'CBPF Letter 1'.**
In response to their initial reply I sent 'Letter 3', as attached;
to which I received their formal decision - attach as 'CBPF Letter 3'.**
Since their 2nd reply I have been very busy at university and have not had time to chase this up,
although I am mindful that I would need to reply if I was to utilise the financial ombudsman,
since claims can only be considered for 6months.
I have now sent 'Letter 4', as attached.
See here I am,
the total claim for £445.00 plus interests and costs.
This letter in my view is fairly a letter before action since I have given them three previous opportunities.
I've also attached copies of the change to default fee and the credit agreement.**
I hope that is a little more detailed and gives a better view of my situation?
**These letters are attached in the next post.
Thanks
