There are two official bodies, the BPA and the IAS. If you are unsure, please check HERE It states I can appeal directly to NCP and if unsuccessful I can appeal to POPLA. It does not mention BPA or IAS. If you have received any other correspondence, please mention it here None Hope this helps and many thanks again. PS dx100uk, you were really helpful in helping my husband take a company to court regarding his car.
  6. Hi I am hoping to get some advice, I recieved a notice to keeper in the post today. The incident was 31st August 2019 but I just received the NTK today. I attached a copy, I paid for the parking on the day but I thrown it away. They have a photo image of my car entering and leaving. I was reading a post from NPC ANPR PCN Crawley Kingsgate, posted in January regarding the time frame that NCP has to send these charges. Is it still 14 days after the incident? Everybody is saying that I should ignore it and NOT to appeal. I'll be grateful of some advice. Thanks
  7. I have just done a credit file check with Equifax and there is nothing there. Thank you so much for the help:-)
  8. Hi, I am new on here but hope that you may be able to help me. I have uploaded the letters that I have received from Robinson Way, the said debt goes back to 2005, I was making payments but all stopped in 2008. I have not heard anything neither from Tesco Personal Finance or any other agencies up until now. Can you advise me on how to deal with this? Thanks in advance.
