  1. Hi all, I bought the insure&go basic cover, mostly for their baggage claim, which on the website says it covers up to 1000 pounds with a 100 excess. Fair enough, I thought... On my trip, I broke my phone during an unfortunate accident. Now, I just got off the phone with those crooks and they told me that there is a 100 pound limit claim on each item (so to reach 1000 pounds, you would need to have 10 items...). At the same time, the 100 excess applies individually on each separate item. Hence, the max payout you can receive is (limit - excess)*max items which equals to (100-100)*10 = 0. Literally you cannot receive a single cent back? Is this the world's biggest joke/false advertising? I buy insurance under the intention to protect my baggage, and now I find out that the 1000 pound cover they were advising is actually in effect worth NOTHING. Guys, do I have any claim or avenue whatsoever? I'm also concerned for those who buy cover under the assumption that there is a baggage cover included (which it says there is!) - I feel so scammed. Cheers, Will
