  1. Hi dx, thank you for reply. she says she doesn't have statements as its been paid with direct debit, and its been around 12 months. I will go ceo route with threats.
  2. how would she go about it? I still want to take it further with the threats.
  3. There is another thing she did say to me, When she got the TV it was a refurbished, it was new She is getting charged insurance money because she couldn't prove she had house insurance, the fee for that per week Bed and TV and tumble dryer of a She is £21 per week for her products but weekly payment is £35 including insurance, so thats around £14 per week for insurance, at a guess Id think you could get for £15 per month,
  4. I just got an email about message above, I was ready to message them, My daughter doesn't recall ever been given an account number, She did say the the last thing they said to her was, don't bother going anywhere, we will be back with police, They haven't been back yet, with or without the police, she is so timid she doesn't want me making a huge fuss for her, she said the had another person out a week or so before, to arrange something about missed payment, but at the time she was not well and ready to pass out so nothing was arranged.
  5. Thank you very much for replies everyone, will get all information form her tomorrow, about account status etc,
  6. Thanks very much for reply, I will do that, you don't happen to have email for them, Im just trying to get her account details and picture sorted out, tbh the one email that will be at the top of the list is watchdog, she suffers from anxiety and can't go out much also, and this pressure is just too much.
  7. This thread was made back in Oct 2011, its great op got sorted, http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?309656-Police-arrest-customer-to-allow-Buy-As-You-View-to-seize-goods(2-Viewing)-nbsp But has buy as you view changed any in Feb 2016? No. My Daughter is a single parent and took out a tv and bed for her 5 year old son, she is on benefits, I believe she has had the items around 7-8 months never missing a payment, until now, Today she had Buy as you view people at her door trying to force their way in to take away TV and bed, She refused to let them, in they said if you refuse we will just go away and get the POLICE and they will make you lets us in and take stuff away. Surely this can't be legal to use intimidation and threats of Police forcing their way in? Is this buy as you views new training for 2016. I told my daughter as soon as they return to get it all on camera phone, and it will be on youtube and shared with every consumer forum I can find. Could someone Kindly give me a number for their head office and contact name? I really want to speak to thm about this.
