Hi Wodman, Im battling Barclays as we speak Yesterday I sent my LBA. Its a bit nerve racking but it looks like hundreds of others before us have got their charges refunded. You will probably get a letter from them in a few days ignoring your claim but enclosed is our complaints procedure and we'll get back to you within 8 weeks! Stick to your deadlines and keep everyone posted as will I. Good luck

Great site. Great advice. Posted my request to Barclays 9 days ago. Got a reply 5 days ago saying they could take 8 weeks to investigate my complaint! Have bought an email address from here. My LBC is soon ready to be sent......
