hi the deposits were held by My Deposits. trading standards rang me and said that there was a problem, but i didnt really understand what it was all about so didnt take a lot of notice.....regretting that now

hi, this is my first post on here so be gentle please. I have 2 properties, both were let by lucy at m&w. She took a deposit of £1595 from one of the tenants, and i cant find the paperwork for the other but im guessing it will be more. Has anyone taken her to the small claims court? The office in st. leonards was opened just over a year ago and jon clements was running it.
