Hi everyone i have recently been directed here by a friend of mine regarding excessive charges. He suggested what to do with the info here but it also i see says to post a thread so here i am. Basically i am being charged £35 per failed direct debit by Abbey and the more that fail the more im short the next month. i had £105 in charges this month £140 the month before and so on this is way beyond a joke and has gone on repeatedly on and off since i have ever had a bank account. so can you good people tell me what i should do 1st as im fed up with these banks getting rich off looking after my money. thx soul
