  1. Hello, This is my first post so please go easy! Basically I have an issue; I bought an oven from ao.com and have multiple issues with the item. The oven has broken down on two occasions, each time I have been told and engineer would be needed on site to repair the item. I have had to take two days holiday off to allow this. The manufacturer has come back to the retailer and agreed that the item is faulty and they have agreed to replace the entire oven due to the fault. Ao.com have agreed to pay for the reinstallation of the new oven. What I want to know is, if I can charge back my two day’s holiday back as a consequential loss, based on my salary over the course of the day. As the retailer has agreed that there has been a break in contract due to the fault they have admitted as much. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
