thank u i have been told to get form N244 i want to know if setting aside also can be used for equitable charge the documents for the debt were not posted to me and the amount was grossly over inflated i need to properly defend myself and agree repayment since it was a credit card and not a secured loan -

thank you all i have written the county court to send me the details of the creditor and it was barclays who told me they have sold it to HFO capital so i have been advised to set aside the judgement but i need a good solicitor who can write me a good defence pls i need a defence solicitor to help me set aside the judgement -

please i need an advice on how to remove an equitable charge from my property which was put in 2007 in favour of barclays. i have contacted barclays but was told it was sold to HFO I have contacted their solicitors drysdane fairfax and i was told it has been sold to link financial I was told link financial are verocious please kindly assist
