booked holiday to cape verde ( 6 hour flight) advertised in faraway shores brochure, which is full of long haul destinations..on cover it says 33 inches of legroom in economy On the cape verde page it says fly from london- manchester-birmingham 33 inches of legroom in economy. I now discover that they have reclassified cape verde as short haul and downgraded the seat pitch to 29 inches....am I being unreasonable or are they in breach of contract?? Due to fly in 4 weeks

Letterfrom Tam McClean the day settling in full £3000 charges They offered £2000 I replied saying if they didnt settle by 5 Oct they'd owe me £3000 + £800 interest pursuant to County Court Act section 69 And they paid up!!! Hoorah Point being- give them an option to mitigate their charges and sound as though you mean it when you threaten litigation..... Mike

Claiming £3000 in charges RBoS offered £300 initially Sent letter, spreadsheet then LBA- they've now offered £2000 Written back saying if they dont pay the £3000 by 5 October I'll file a claim for £3800 inc 8% interest- be interesting to see if they pay up or go all the way....

Sent a SAR request on 25th June authorising them to debit my account £10 for the charge statements They took the money on the 29th No statements Called branch twice- still no statements Got letter today dated 8 August - usual standard letter, but offered me £300 in full and final settlemnt of ALL bank charge claims So wrote back threatening them with court and the Info Commissioner- they probably dont want to tell me how much the 6 years of charges add up to- anyone else found this?
