does this letter also work for bank accounts? my debt is £5000 on each account?

I dont own a home, also it is true that my health is very bad right now, and I am being seen by psychologists and psychiatrists as I was looking into ending my life from stress. of course I am unemployed at the moment as my doctors have signed me off from searching for work due to my health.... Does this letter really work?

I have a credit card with cahoot, which I am trying to repay. A financial company managed to freeze the interests and now I just repay the palance slowly as im unemployed. I have been quite unhappy with them as I have never received and letters from them more than 10 years I have been banking with them, even dealing with repayments myself now, I try and call them and nobody seems to be able to help as they have been bought by santander and have limited staff! I would really like to get this £5000 written off, any ideas?
