Anyone had same issue if so what's my next step. Help much appreciated

my objection was that I provided enough information for them to stop making payments to me, and they did not act on this information this caused the over payment, we told tax credits to stop or adjust our payments but they insisted that all would work out at end of year. I explained this in my completed TC846. I still feel that if tax credits had acted on information on change of circumstance given at the time this would not have happened. Anyone been in this situation and what was the result

hello i have a cover for my kitchen electric goods my dryer stopped working on 2/10/17 i rang to report this and book a repair this was then booked for the 10/10 repairman said he would have to order the part, came on the 12/10 and fetched wrong part and would contact me when part becomes available, i did not hear from them again so i rang D n G back up on 25/10 said they would replace product and be in touch within 24 hours ive not heard from them, ive tried to ring them but left for over half hour on phone. a month without a dryer, can i cancel my cover. its a rolling cover and only just started 02/10 when i added a new appliance same day i reported the dryer

Hi London1971 yes I've sent the tc846 also telling them they did not follow instructions about my change in circumstance as their responsiblities should have been an adjustmust within 1 month

I got the sar stuff back And sent them a reply saying they did not live to there responsibility ie not reducing payments when we wanted and instructed them to. All they said it will work out at end of tax year

got 4 letters each back from 03 - 07 just showing our awards on one it states that we informed them about a change in circumstances, on another it's says we have not told them in what way our circumstances changed my partner recalls telling them on two occasions that our circumstances had changed they said that everything would be sorted at end of that tax year, hmrc have not sent any recorded phone calls, maybe the conversations are on there.

sent the sar off also spoke on the phone with hmrc they said the overpayment is from 2004,

Hello About 12 month ago i was receiving phone calls and letters from a debt collection agency, demanding payment of £2700, during the 1st and only conversation i requested proof of debt in writing, ie signed paperwork, payment details, how, where and how this debt came to be, as i have had no claims or dealing with tax credits for over 10 years. Any hoaxer can send mail out like this, i have not received any of the above. My partner and i have now received a letter each from tax credits stating that the debt has been returned to them unpaid and demanding the payment in full, again no proof of debt just a sum of £2700. What do we do next ignore or do we make contact with tax credits, ive been told that if we contact them its admitting liability to the debt. Thanks in advance

Ok just an update I sent my appeal with all evidence pics etc on 10/06/17 deadline 16/06/17, sorry i did not ask for traffic order I saw this to late.. I have not yet received a reply is this normal to take so long

During recent months the town centre has changed dramatically with a new bus station and a new one way system the whole town had taxi ranks and disabled bays decommissioned and new ones introduced this could be one that was decommissioned the road marking have been removed.
