Hi I have found my old log in details, relieved to say the least, I'm currently logged on, respond to a court claim.
Options are.
Respond using the MoneyClaim online service.
Respond using online civil money claims service.
Which do I choose can't see any AOS.

Hi dx
I rang yesterday 10.54.
I've got an email reply today from hmrc online support they are going to let me know within 2 working days how to deal with this issue
Got a reply from hmrc help desk, wasn't much help just telling me to make sure everything is filled in correctly.
Everything was cross checked by my partner.
My Mrs has just said I may have filled a gateway account many years ago, I'm not sure, but that would have been the same details, just a different email address, the old one I can't access to look back on.
Thanks H

Ok I got the gov gateway set up with 12 digit and a password,
I've tried to log in and it requested ID passport, driving licence etc,
No won't give me access
I've entered twice and my partner double checked.
I've tried the moneyclaim.gov.uk that won't,
I've rang the help number 20 min unanswered call,
I've emailed the help line on the claim form no answer and I've emailed government gateway help.
Time running out
I've used payslip, passport, driving licence, still can't identify me, everything is upto date address etc, 1 attempt left then it blocks me

Hi
I sent the letter to prove the debt 14/05/24 recorded next day delivery.
I then received a county court pack on 25/05/24. I've not yet received anything from ovrrdales re proff of debt. Must have crossed paths.
The clock is ticking to return the pack.
What next step
TIA

Hi
I've dropped myself init now.
Just found a letter of claim down back of my radiator, it's gone over date by 4 days,
i was waiting for one to arrive so i could send off a CCA letter, what is my position now.

Hi folks
Just a quick catch up on how things have progressed had lots of phone calls and letters from dca, all ignored not spoke to any of them.
Got my 1st threat of NEXT step legal action. CCJ threats.
Do I now ask them for proof of credit agreement.
Also could I send the original lender a mis sold credit complaint due to constant credit increases without me asking.
Thanks H

Hi
I was informed at work on 06/01/23 that I was speeding in a company vehicle at 35mph in a 30mph zone this was at 12.23pm on 30/11/22, I have just received notice of requirement to provide driver details on 02/02/23.
What time scales if any are legal requirement to inform me of prosecution

My original offer of payment was more, but at moment not agreed anything it will drop to £1 per month as circumstances changed.

Last year I sent in my income and expenditure, with an offer of payments.
I haven't been contacted by my creditor's but all have now been passed to debt collection agency,
One dca caught me off guard on a telephone call, I made a complaint about this to the dca that I had offered payment and not had any response from my creditor, they then said they would send my files back to the creditor and close my file which they have, the creditor then sent me a letter apologising for this mistake and offered me £75 as compensation which i cashed last week.
I'm now thinking that they have breached GDPR and now looking to buy a way out
Any advice maybe all the others have breached GDPR how would I find out, and could I still make a complaint against the one that sent £75
Cheers

Ok here an update on situation.
All but one of my creditors have put my accounts on hold until 22/11/21, which is fine seeing I was off work sick for 3 month, the time is given for me to get an up to date income and expenditure sent off.
The one creditor has been adding interest and late fees on my account and ignored all letters I have sent, I get phone calls, messages, letters etc of them regularly, they have not responded to my original letters to them regarding my situation. I have now had visit of resolvecall agency.
I was not in but a note was put in my letter box, I'm assuming it's from them.
Do I make contact or ignore them or do I contact the creditor again.

Hi Sent the 2nd libary letter off, none have accepted my 1st offer or even indicated they have received the first letter, getting phone calls and voice mails daily, (I've not answered them) I've letters coming weekly to phone them to discuss. Also late charges being applied to accounts.
-
Cheers dx, thank you.
Think they are ignoring my letters as I sent out 2 other letters same post changing my direct debits to insurance companies they have received them and processed them to my new account.

Hi people
Been a week since i posted pro rata letters 1st class to creditors so they probably got them on Monday I was expecting phone calls or letters to come from them, I've not heard anything until a text message today from a card stating payment is due today if unpaid a £12 charge will be made.
Should I phone them and tell them I've sent letters
Cheers

Hi,
All letters sent out with offer of payments, expecting contacts from them in next few days nothing in default yet 18th of month will be the first missed payment on the loan. I wasn't ignoring dx100uk advise, maybe trying to save face and get some other kind of income.
Loan 4 years old
2 cards over 5 years
2 cards approx 2 years
Thanks
