I am having problems with FL. I waited more than a month for them to send the forms. I filled them out and sent them back Reg' Post. They sent more forms to be filled in with an additional disclaimer. After waiting two weeks I called the help-line to ask when they were going to pay. They told me they hadnt received the forms. I quoted the post office reference to them and they said they would call back the next day. They called at the arranged time to say that the forms were all done - it would be paid into my account within 3 - 5 working days. 5 days later I called them to ask why it hadnt been paid and they told me that one of the forms hadnt been signed and they were going to send me the forms requiring signing. Asking again when they would pay Diana told me 3 - 5 working days. The same forms arrived I had signed previously ! I called again to tell them that these were the same forms they sent on the 15th June. They told me they didnt have them.... I sent the blasted forms back on the 16th reg delivery. I called them again today and asked when they were going to lodge the funds in my account. They told me they hadnt received the forms. I quoted the Post office number to "Faligh" and she then found that they had arrived on the 19th. She told me they will pay within 21 working days due to unprecedented demand !!! Not happy I asked her for her supervisor. Alex came on the phone to say that they do not pay out until 21 days after the forms have been submitted. He also told me that I should not have been told 3 - 5 working days - contrary to what I was told. Very poor service - in fact I wonder if I will get the money at all now.....
