Thanks for the replay I am going to see the citizens advice today but was just wanting to no if that law I mentioned last nite if right that you can't take a bill of sale on a car 8 years old or over as was on this site and was go in to take a pic of the bill of sale doc I have I will take name and relevant name off but only thing stamped is a letter saying borrowers name and lenders name that's it with a stamp no other names or signatures and on the second piece it says it was witnessed by the women who works in the loans place I thought it had to be witnessed by 3rd party but any help would be great

Hi all been reading a lot of story's on this site bout lbl and need some help as I had received a letter saying they are taking my car in 21 days as last owner took loan on car I hav bill of sale that I could post to show use if it would help but I have been reading 1 post that said you can't take a bos out on cars 8yrs old as mine is 2002 and the letter says from 2014 if could get any help would b very grateful as I am bit worried now terrible that this can go on now how many laws they have now thanks
