There is no point it's only a few pounds, it's now the principle not the money. I will close my account with p2g and spend my money somewhere else.

Hi, I sent a parcel which was damaged in transit so I put in a claim for compensation of a few pounds. I uploaded an image of the paypal transaction they then ask for an image of the interior and exterior packaging this is imopossible as it was a large black postal bag wrapped securley with parcel tape which the customer removed, also a picture of the interior would be blackness. I also uploaded two images of the damage but they are now saying they need an image of the whole item, not just the damage. They just keep putting up obsticales so as not to pay out.

If you use Parcel2go you will only get obstacles put in your way when making a claim for damged goods, you will not get compensation. What poor service they offer their customers in this respect. They ask for a picture of the interior of the packaging doh! I guess it would be blackness iside a postage bag. I guess somone else gets my money from now on.
