  1. Hi, I'm new to this. I searched last night to see if other people had problems with B&Q service, quality etc. I ordered a kitchen in July 2014 and the final sorting of the problems, delivery, breakages, wrong parts, overordering and the worst of all mistakes in the design, occurred 2 weeks ago. I wrote a letter of complaint back in November and I'm told there's a placatory offer in the post. Unsure if it's a voucher or a refund at this stage. The amount is less than I'd hoped for as I wanted to rent my place out for the Ryder cup which never happened. I'm thinking of talking them to court and wonder if anybody has success stories in doing this?
  2. Hi, how did you get on? I've had similar problems, ordered in July 2014, hoping to finish and rent out for Ryder cup- didn't happen. Finally sorted in March 2015. Did you try the small claims court?
