Am I dreaming or do we need to tell a moderator when we get a court date ?! Also for the court bundle do we take copies of statements or excel them / Cant seem to find the answer

After putting in a claim with money claim on line and Abbey saying they are going to defend I have now had a letter from Abbey acknowledgeing the claim but asking for my bank account and list of charges....shall I charge them £10?! Seriosly though can anyone tell me do I send this to them or not ?

Hi I have recieved some money back form Abbey, they did not offer me the money they just put it straight in my account, I now want the rest of the money back so am just about to fill out court forms, does any body have an approx timing for how long it takes from filling forms out to getting to court? Are we talking weeks,months ?

Hi I am chasing bank charges, I am ten days into my fourteen days of my timetable, Shabbey have written to say their investigation will take four weeks. Whose timetable do I stick to, mine or theirs ?

Sent court order letter last week............all six years of statements arrived this morning

I have sent a non complience letter and no response, so now is court order bit that I am promised them! how scary! Any advice or helpful hints chaps?! Louise

Can I have a nother oiece of advise please? I sent letters asking for 6 yrs worth of charges, I paid my money and recieved a reciept for the £10 but no statements. I wrote and asked again but got told I would need to pay the £10 so once again I wrote with their reciept of the £10 but have recieved no letter back. I am not sure what to do next, on some parts of the site the advice is to estimate charges from statements I do have and in one letter in the template section it says If you do not comply within the next 7 days I shall seek a Court order obliging you to do so together with damages at the discretion of the Court and without any further notice. Please can I have some advice. Louise

I have sent a letter asking for statements, was asked for £10 which I sent and recieved a reciept but never recieved statements so asked again and they asked for £10! I sent letter and photocopy of the reciept and they have ignored it so I will now estimate charges and send letter away. I have two accounts with Abbey so possibly two claims.

Hi I have just spent some time in hospital so my timetable has been completly lost. I have also not heard anything fron Abbey. I would like to pursue this claim but because of the timetable problem that was out of my control I am worried they will not take my claim seriously. Any thoughts? L

Hi Abbey have not replied so I am therefore estimating charges from the statements I have as per advice. Do I mention i n the letter that I am estimating or just fill in details on prelim letter?

Hi Can anyone help? I have looked in FAQ but am getting confused. After Abbey sent letter asking for £10 again I sent the letter saying I had sent the money with a copy of proof which they had sent! From the library I sent a non complience letter and they have missed their deadline, I think I know add up monies owed? can anybody tell me what I do now ? I am just getting confused!

hi all Within 2 days of their time limit abbey have replied to ask for £10 for statements, I have however alreay sent this and have proof as they have thanked me for it! Any advice on what I should do next ? do I send a letter to say I have sent it or carry on and work and charges for 6 yrs from statements I have ?
