I really have no idea if the seller is a trader. I didn't view all of that whilst I was on ebay. It seems he wants nothing to do with this now that he has collected his money. I will ask him and see if he will tell me.

I really don't know how to make a complaint as I am new to purchasing on ebay. Anyway, I purchased a Korg 01wfd workstation synthesizer on ebay and the seller sent it via parcel2go. It was in bubble wrap and it seems like it fell during transit as a peice of the wrapping material is still embedded in the synthesizer. anyway, it is broken and has devalued my item. I took pictures of the damage and when I contacted the seller via ebay, he basically said it was not his problem and that it was out of his hands. I tried emailing the parcel2go manager on an email address someone posted up online but it seems that they are no longer using that email address. From all the complaints I have read about them, it would seem that it is useless to call them. If anyone can give me some advice, links etc, I would really appreciate it.
