  1. think it may be the old confidentiallity agreement i think. come on cank let the troops know whats happenin.
  2. i have been trying to get coppies of statements i held with the bank of scotland from 1996 til 1999 in which they charged me a pretty penny in these charges, i unfortunatelly have lost the bank account stuff while moving house ( possibly thrown out) have tried asking the bank for copies but they claim to require the account number and sort code first to find the account, but i cannot remember these. even going to the bank which held the account proved fruitless, the claimed to not be able to find the account even with the account name, address, and postcode, sounds like they know what im upto as i have already claimed for my personnel account. can anyone help as to how i can get copies of my statements to my buisiness account, please please.
  3. whats the latest, cankster. any victory salute yet.
  4. in am in the same boat with the bank of scotland. trying to trace a buisiness account i held from 1996 till 1999. lost all the bank stuff movin house so i dont know the account number, bank has just fobbed me off, cant trace the account, will look into it,cant trace it without the account number. pain in the ass. the know the buisiness name, address, post code but still cant find it. they know i have reclaimed charges before and i will try again once i get this info. anyone any help for tracing a buisiness account.

  8. Having Recently Won My Claim Through The Summary Action Route I Was On A Roll. Phoned Up The H.b.o.s To Get 6 Years Of My Credit Card Statements. person On The End Of The Phone Says There Is A £5 Charge For The First 6 Monts Statements Then A £5 Per Monthly Statement Charge After That. So 6 Years Statements Would Cost 1x£5 Plus 66 Months At £5 Each Total Of £365. Is This The Banks Fightin Back, Surely It Cant Be Right. Any Help Or Ideas Welcome.
  9. ye. your right. they have never been to court to defend. if they do they will have to show how much it actually costs them to send out an automated letter saying you have went over your authorised overdraft limit bla bla. if they divulge this info its curtains, ha ha. dont worry they will pay up few days before. UP THE REVOLUTION
  10. hi all. i just recieved my letter from b.o.s yesterday. for £1273 plus £551 interest and costs. they had until the 30th nov to defend the summmary cause action i lodged with the courts.. date was set for the 7th dec. usual standard letter.quote. on a purelycommercial basis, it will cost the bank of scotland money to defend your claim in terms of the legal costs that will be incured, it is unlikely that the bank of scotland will be able to recover these costs (even if the bank wins) because your claim will probably be allocated to the small claims track, in which costs are not generally awarded. for this reason, but with no admission of liability, bank of scotland is willing to reimburse £1273, in respect of the bank charges incurred, together with £538 in respect of approx intertest bank of scotland has has calculated was charged on your account as a result of these charges. bank of scotland has also reimbursed £39 in respect of court fees. bl bla bla. so use the summary action for claims of upto £1500. this figure does not include any interest due. so go for it. UP THE REVOLUTION:smile: ;-)
  11. roll on the 22nd. still waiting on my bank statements. looks like this one will be the 40 day wait. all the best to you. will be approx 1 month behind if they get their fingers out, . UP THE REVOLUTION:smile:
  12. hang in there. not for much longer. just got paid out from the b.o.s £1273 plus£557 in costs and interest. standard 8% interest but have another one fired off shortly. will try claiming the big interest this time. its all worth while when they pay up and avoid court. ha ha
  13. Hi. I Have Filled Out All This Stuff. My Return Date 30th Nov With The Court Date Set For The 7th Dec. If You Fill It Out And Take It To The Court They Are Very Helpfull In Correcting Any Errors With You.
  14. All The Best To You. I Had A Buisiness Acc With The B.o.s From 1996 Till 1999 And Incurred Quite A Few Charges. I Have Asked For Statements And Am Going To Try And Claim Every Penny Back Too. Up The Revolution. All The Best
