    Hi, A friend of mine was contacted by lowells and stupidly agreed a payment plan for a couple of old(more than 6 years) debts, on catalogue and one credit card. About £3000 in total and he his paying £50pm and is struggling to make these payments. They stated in one letter that they have bought the debt, so what can he do to try to get them of his back? Many thanks for any assistance you can offer...
