A big hello to you all I have a question I hope someone can answer for me, my OH and I have a number of credit card accounts that were defaulted at the latter part of 2008 to the beginning of 2009, some of the accounts we made token payments of £1.00 and only stopped them about the middle of 2014 they are not Statute Barred. If once the account has been removed from our credit file and then an original creditor or DCA was to take one of us to court to try and get a CCJ against one of us, would the CCJ show on our credit file. Hope this makes sense, we are just curious how it works. Many thanks Spur Man
