  1. Thank you for the responses, I bought it May this year using my debit card, However since posting this thread I have put a complaint in to the company and they have agreed to refund my shipping costs. I think I was lucky this time, but do you have any recommendations for the future? Thanks
  2. Evening all, first time poster I have an issue in regards to paying postage on an item which is faulty under warrenty, I don't know what my rights are and I'm not sure where i should be looking? Should I have to pay the postage or is it the responsibility of the manufacturer? They have told me it's not their policy to pay for any goods returned regardless of them being faulty or not?
